The people were so ravaged by war that in a bid for peace, all the 7 chiefdoms were forced to pay tribute monthly and pledge their swords to the emperor. As the emperor greedily chases an unknown power in the unconquered lands and warriors yet unborn arise, what will be the fate of the weak?
