*A story inspired by the wonderful psycho thriller ''Black Swan'' (2010)* A ''what if'' story, set immediately after the movie's ending. (Pairing: Nina x Lily) For one role the young Nina Sayers risked her sanity, for perfection she was willing to even die. She was given the role as the Swan Queen, and it cost her nearly her sanity and her life. Her life was saved, however, and the young ballerina leaves the company, and abandons the world of ballet, so to heal from her inner wounds and the past, piecing together a shattered sanity as on she lives. With Lily at her side, far away from her mother's clutches, Nina experiences true happiness for the very first time. The two women, having become lovers and each other's closest friend, are willing to become a family, and adopt a little girl named Grace. As her two mothers before her, Grace wishes to become a ballerina. Despite Lily's concern for her lover's still fragile state of mind, Nina is willing to become her ''daughter's'' instructor and advisor in the world she swore never again to participate in. Gradually, ever so gradually, a long buried history between a different mother and another child is unearthed, and yet again a sanity is threatened to completely in give as the Black Swan, Odile, once again threatens to consume its innocent twin, Odette. * * * As always the cover was created in Photoshop CS6 Warnings; twisted scenes due to Nina's schizophrenia (or due to her psychotic personality if you so will as her ''illness'' has not been stated, but I will assume that Nina suffers from schizophrenia), some self harming scenes, a few sexual scenes between two women and child abuse in the past (implied to be sexual, but mostly psychological and emotional) Should it repulse you, should it be triggering, then away you should turn - for your own sake. /Zeldha

Owned By Him: Till Death Do Us Apart | A Dark Romance | 18+ Seraphina Blake was born to smile, nod, and obey. A prodigy at the piano and a masterpiece of quiet elegance, she was raised to be seen-not heard. But when her father signs away her future for power and prestige, Seraphina is thrown into a world of sharp suits, colder stares, and a last name that drips with legacy and lies. Damien Thorne is everything she isn't. Billionaire CEO. Heartless. Untouchable. The type of man who doesn't flinch when the world burns-because he's usually the one who lit the match. He never asked for a wife. Especially not one like her. But in a world where love is currency and marriage is war, Seraphina must learn how to survive the empire she was forced into... Even if it means melting the ice around Damien's heart-or letting it consume her. ---------------- The shock stole my voice. I could feel the smooth surface at my back and the heat of his body so close it made my skin burn. My wrists were pinned, and I was trapped. Still, I whispered, "Why are you doing this...?" His voice was low, rough, dangerous. "You play beautifully," he said, his breath ghosting against my skin. "So graceful. So poised. So perfect." For a moment, I almost believed it was a compliment. But then he leaned closer. "But I see past that sweet little act," he whispered. "All the pretty smiles and perfect posture-it's a facade. You're just another spoiled princess playing pretend. But don't bother. You won't fool me." ----------------
