And there she was... Still staring at the moonlight. Her golden eyes shimmering through the night and her fur smooth as the wind brushed onto it. Little did she know I was there, hiding from her, observing everything about her existence. Even when she's in this form, beautiful is all I could think of.. Then she turned to my direction. Somehow she knew I was there watching her. But then she growled. She pawed her way closer to me, almost ready to pounce on the creature spying on her. I hid... Covered myself with all the leaves available surrounding me, hoping that I won't get caught. The growling sounds grew louder. She's close.... Oh, please don't kill me...... ------------------------------------------------------------------- Hunter Thompson slays beasts with his father. But unlike his father, he'd rather keep the beasts alive than killing them. As the famous beast slayer, he hates it when he's up against his own son. So he demanded Hunter to promise to keep his pride and to do his duty in honor for their clan, for he will be the next leader. Everything was going well until his father passed away and this new girl showed up in his school. She was mysterious and not so very friendly around others. He talked to her and got to know each other better though, most of the time she wasn't always around, he decided to ask her about it but she wouldn't tell. Crimes of finding people dead and was left around the public were repeatedly committed by an unknown beast sprawling around their town and everybody was in danger. Hunter was now assigned to do this task to save the people and more importantly, Rachel. As he was investigating around the place, he saw her and began to ask questions about why he rarely see her. But when she ran, he definitely needed to follow her. He later found out Rachel's big secret and was left two undesireable options: to kill her or to keep her alive.

There weren't many places for her to hide in here but the creature did tell him Amelia came into this room. "Please come out and talk to me." He waited a beat for a response but he didn't get one. "Fine, let me tell you a story. I used to be able to see the creatures clearly but an accident happened when I was younger that damaged one of my eyes. Now they're just blurry to me. But you . . . you can see them clearly and see rare objects. I want you to join me. Be my eyes." He waited again for a few moments for a response he still didn't receive. A thought occurred to him. What if she was hoping that he'd just leave the room? He chuckled quietly to himself in amusement. "I'm not going anywhere. But you know what? It's fine if you decline my offer again. Just know that if you don't come with me, you could come home to find that your parents are dead because of a work accident or some other natural cause. You wouldn't want that would you?" He paused just one more time and began speaking again. "If you come with me today, your parents won't have to die. I can keep them safe. If you don't give me an answer, I'll have my creature kill your parents now and I'll still take you. Do you want dead parents or living parents? It's your choice." Amelia came out of the bay window seat compartment. She was trying to hide her fear and anger. She didn't care what happened to her but she didn't want her parents to die because of her.
