After the new spirit portal opened, Jinora has been forced to do extensive research as a part of her being an airbending master. Eventually, her father gave her the task to spend a few years in the spirit world with Iroh, so that she could help teach other airbender a about the spirit world in the future. In doing so she's had to say goodbye to Kai, and now she is finally returning after 5 years. What will be waiting for her at Republic City?
