Loud growls seemed to be erupting from everywhere, drowning out the silent sobs of the blue eyed boy hiding underneath his bed. Tears threatened to fall from the corner of his eyes but instead the boy sniffled and stayed determined not falter. His small hands were covering his ears, desperately trying to block out the screams and growls echoing off of the castle walls. He frantically darted his eyes around his room, looking for something, anything, to distract him. His eyes fell on the photo frame on his dresser, a smiling little boy held tightly in his mother's arms. He locked his gaze on the picture, a million thoughts racing through his head. Where's my mom? Is everyone okay? When you're scared of loosing more people, how are you to let anyone in? Especially a mate.All Rights Reserved
