Young  Emily Granges has joined up with the Drikeys  to stop the amount of humans waisting their own enevicable lives, aswell as trying to eradicate any suspucion being brought apon her by her best- and only- friend, Ivy kalkus.

 Along her journey for frightful revenge against her father, she meets a reliable and swooningly handsome, Asher Ericsons.

Her perspective on life changes aswell as  her feelings toward her deceased family, but every Drikey has got at least one person who would do anything to rid of her, she didn't however expect those people to be her own kind.  Emily suddenly finds herself asking the one question that twists her world, and sends her through all nine realms of hell...  What are her kind? And more importantly, what is she, and why was that costing her, her life?
