A world with no color. The only remote existence of the word is in the beating of people's hearts.

Renee goes through the path of life getting bullied, and having an abusive father. Until one day, at the age of 22, she meets a boy who changes her life forever. He brings humor and happiness in her life, until one day the universe decides to derail her happiness. She gets into a terrible car accident and gets put in a coma for 2 months. Just when they are about to take her off of life support, she wakes up. Epilogue begins.
