Goosebumps climbed up my spine as his lips linked to mine. My hands traveled up his torso to his neck.
I felt something I've never felt before. All the pain I've ever experienced was washed down the drain like it was never there before.
Then before I knew it, something shattered the moment, MY moment. He smiled as everyone stood up and applauded. Then reality settled... It was just an act, nothing more... Nothing less. Then it hit me.
