The Heart of King Travis

Arden Brown believed herself to be nothing but an ordinary (if not slightly unfortunate) Pleamontian girl. However, that did not stop her from receiving a very important mission, one that the Pleamontian citizens had yet to solve. She had to return his heart. Not just any "him", either. She was responsible for the one and only heart of King Travis.

His motives were nothing but evil and reckless, as he'd lost his beating red pulse for what seemed like an eternity. He showed no mercy, had no compassion, and saved no one. The only two things that concerned him were wealth and his endless supply of power. Nothing else, nothing at all.

It was Arden's job, although dread filled her.

She had to return his heart.
