Botw Reimagined: The Past by fellow_Zeldafan

After thinking about it for a while, I want to share a sort of reimagining of the legend of Zelda breath of the wild (skip bellow the following text to the actual story if you just want what the story is about) I have loved botw since it came out, however, I, like a lot of you probably, thought there wasn't enough to the story, and I guess the community has influenced my Invision of how botw should have gone, but I'm getting ahead of myself I want to make this reimagining somewhat realistic in terms of how characters react, but don't expect that much from me in those terms (how I want the story to go) this will mainly focus on building Link's past and actually giving him his character, but I will also somewhat change the other main characters, but I will make them as close to their in-game personality as possible (the actual story) Link has always been a prodigy in combat ever since he was a child. His father is a newly retired member of the royal guard and lives with his family in a ranch (if you know the location, you know what I'm talking about) and was the first to realize Link's skills. His skills were so good, that he was able to beat most adults, albeit with a suitable weapon and the adult isn't a soldier. his skills had gained him a reputation whenever they traveled. What kind of adventures will be in store for Link later in life? This is my first story that I'm willing to put out, I plan on getting this story and the botw changed story out, but I'll have to consider if I want to continue after that point P.S. I can understand that the first chapter may not be that interesting, so if you don't, then skip to at the very least character 4 or 5 as that's when the story picks up the pace. But if you stick through the other chapters, I heavily appreciate that as well. All rights to any named character obviously belongs to Nintendo

Zelda and Link have finally reunited after the Calamity, and there's a lot to do to restore Hyrlue to its former glory. On their adventures together, Link and Zelda get closer than they ever were before. Could this finally be the Zelink we've all been waiting for? So we all want Zelink to happen, don't we, so I made this short story just as a substitute until it really happens (probably never). Five years later, Link is a 16-year-old man with severe depression and a Hero chosen by the Master Rifle. He is still in love with Zelda and thinks about her every second of his life. One day, Link saves a woman from the Yiga clan members, and that woman turns out to be Zelda. She tells him about where she has been for the past five years, and once Link finds out the truth, he dedicates his days to helping Zelda feel safe and happy again away from her selfish, rich father Rhoam and her forced fiance, Ganondorf. While Link and Zelda try to save themselves from the abuse, an evil prince from another country declares war on Hyrule in hopes of annexing the kingdom, and Link must go to war, leaving Zelda. The Legend of Zelda: The Dark Agenda by spawnoftyphon

Far in the future, Link and Ganondorf battle in broken world, a fusion of the 'child' and 'adult' timelines. Hyrule is ravaged and all inhabitants, even Ganon's minions, have abandoned their homes due to fear of Link and Ganon's conflict. A Demigod takes advantage of their weakened states and places power inhibitors on their necks, forcing Link and Ganon to work together. This is an old fanfic from 2014. Keep in mind that this is not written as a thoroughly as novel, so this story does not have detailed descriptions of environments or senses. This is written as a plot synopsis/script for a video game premise. I have written this plot in such a way that it can easily fit into the far future of any Zelda timeline. (I should mention that I do have a copyright on this plot, not all of the characters. Because the plot I have written can fit into any JRPG video game, I acquired a copyright by swapping out all of Zelda's characters, places and terms with other names. However, the Demigod (his personality and goals) is my creation as well (ergo, also under the copyright) since he is a character that is from one of my novels. I know that my plot would essentially be a Zelda rip-off as it is, so I would not sell it on that basis. I have a copyright on the plot just in case, so no one can just randomly try to steal it without giving me proper compensation.)
