The NoNames is a group that has tried to take over the U.S. but when the U.S. joins WW3 the government can't afford to send troops out to kill the group. The NoNames always get their man no matter what. If you're on their list, your last breath is in their position, the NoNames wear masquerade masks with top hats and formal clothing. Their leader is Shadows the strongest and the best.

Britan, or better known as United Kingdom. As funny the memes are about the colonisation for spices (then refusses to use them); he's a person who'd rather forget his history- more like his family's history-, however being the head of the country that colonised more than one third of the world isn't exactly an easy sin to clean. But hey: the 21's century and the UN says it's going to be peace and love all though out. Not like there is two on-going war and one-to-many civil wars! In this world, countries and humans live together, and there are powers given to the countries at birth/appearance. There's a group in Europe that murders innocent civilians just for the hell of it. They call themselves Emathron. Russia, an investigator/police officer, is tasked with finding and arresting this group of killers and psychopaths. His boss, EU, forces Russia to work with 3 others. Finland, one of the best snipers in the world, Vietnam, a silent and serious policeman, and Kazakhstan, a winged country that can glow when he wants. What will happen to Emathron and the odd group of officers? Russia is the assistant and son of the well known detective, USSR. He lives in a world full of abilities and powers, his own ability allows him to create animals made of ice. However, when his father is assigned to a case with a criminal that has drove various detectives and officers mad trying to catch him, USSR can not simply decline. This famous criminal is known by the name of USA, a man well known for killing serial killers and working in the black market. He is a feared figure across the whole world. But how has this man managed to avoid capture and escape it every time? Well, it has to do entirely with his own ability. USA possesses the ability to shapeshift into different forms, each with their own little perks and advantages. There is literally a filing cabinet full of as much information as possibly gathered on each of his forms, nicknamed "State forms" as USA himself calls them. Though, after meeting Russia, USA takes an interest and starts telling more information than usual to Russia, stringing him along for his own amusement. But even with all this information, will America ever truly be caught and locked up for good?
