Octaveus was depressed. He knew it, but no one else did. He hid it, just as he hid his scars. He wasn't human either; he hid that too. He hid almost everything about himself from everyone, in order to minimize the ridicule. His mental state, his thoughts, his scars, even his questionable sexuality. He finds her, and because of her dormant wolf, he thinks she's human. Soon she goes missing, because her pack members sold her to a rogue pack. Alex searches, and searches, but cannot find her. Her wolf has to completely go dormant, because it's just causing her pain and she would died of she didn't. Alex thinks that she's dead, because he felt the connection between them break. He finds another girl to be his mate, and when Ashleigh is found, she is heartbroken. Not only was it her pack that made her suffer through all that because they sold her, but her mate had given up on her because her wolf had to go into dormancy. She falls into severe depression, and develops a form of PTSD, that was formed from the shock she had from her pack and mate's betrayal. She isn't happy anymore, and that brightness she had in her personality is gone, leaving a husk of her former self. Will her pack and mate right their terrible wrongs, and bring her back to her former glory, or will they carry on with how they are, and have her fall into a comatose like state?
