Cassandra and the turtles are back for another adventure. All over the city strange mutants are turning up, on of which is Will, a mutant with a similar reaction to mutagen as Cassandra. As Cassandra tries to help the turned up mutants, she and Will grow closer, while driving her and the turtles apart. Passion, jealousy, distrust, and betray. Can the gang identify the enemy? Or will they be blinded by denial? And who is behind the mutant outbreak...?
