Legolas goes back to his home, Mirkwood, after the war of the ring. The forest was still sick but there were some signs that slowly and obviously the darkness was leaving the forest and the light coming back again. In the beginning he had thought about visiting his home and his father, but not staying there. That was before his old and dear friend, Glorion, came to him and gave him an envelope. The letter in the envelope was from his father. He told him to go home imediatelly claiming it was really important. But Legolas had a .small feeling that his father referred to a person who was and still is the brightest part of his life...The person who was about to fade for ever..
