He'd walk right past me as he'd enter the tattoo parlor, no emotions crossed his face ever. I'd turn around every now and then and watch as he got more tattoos inked onto his skin. Every time I'd look back, he'd be staring at me. I'd hurry to turn around and finish the design I'd be doing for a customer. I'm a tattoo-less tattoo artist, always questioned why I never had gotten a tattoo. The reason is simple and always the same; I haven't had a reason to ink something on my skin permanently. Little did I know he'd be my reason someday.
