Nic is a fifteen year old, country girl. She has always lived in an unknown area of Richmond, Virginia. Always. She has never left, usually in the woods with her dogs, Blackjack and Luna. She has an unusual ability that separates her from other teenagers. She despises it with a passion, and It hates her right back. It brings nothing but pain and sorrow. Plus, she is an eternal servant of the moon, or as she would call it, Luna. Nic will never be normal... Never. Unless, a special guardian becomes her savior.

Jesse is what regular mortals would call, a seventeen year old knight. To the sheers? He's much more. A guardian is the sheers definition... But, there is more to Jesse. He's a fallen angel, meaning he has wings. He dreads it, more than anything in the entire world, more than Werewolves. Can someone help him become normal? No? That's what he thought.

The real question is, can these two incredible people find their way to each other? Or are they doomed to eternal questioning?
