"She wouldn't say a word or do anything. She would just stand near her cousin's bed and watch her sleep. She would do that for hours. The next morning I would ask her why. She would slowly look down at her own feet, never looks into my eyes. Never replies. One day, I asked her again. She looked into my eyes for the very first time. Then she softly said, "I don't remember the last time I slept." At that time, I knew something was wrong, but then again, she wouldn't tell me. I knew she was sleepless, restless and tired. I would always see sorrow and sadness in her eyes. My question was always, 'why?'" Innocence Brown. A young female with big, round eyes that could steal anyone's heart. Because of her being the result of a drunk night, her mother loathed her. Her grandmother, however adored her, always seeing the innocence in her black eyes. This is her story.

"She didn't know anything about him. He knew everything about her." | 2nd Place Winner in The Winter Rose Awards 2018 | Highest Rank: #36 in Paranormal Lucky is just lucky. That's the only name she's known, and battling a permanent amnesia isn't fun. All she can remember is the last six years, nothing more, and she's spent those years looking for her past. But when *he* shows up, it's clear the past has come looking for her. A late night coffee date with a coworker turns into an abduction, and Lucky finds herself face-to-face with a man from her past. He's fast, strong, and dangerous: a killer. And while she doesn't know anything about him, he seems to know everything about her. A/N: I'm in the middle of doing a complete rewrite! The rewrite will bring a change in p.o.v. and should be a much smoother read. Thanks for your understanding.
