Smile

A week after the death of her mother, Avery finds herself in a situation that she can't get out of. She finds out that her dad had an affair while her mother was ill, that they're about to move, and that her father is getting remarried to the woman he was having an affair with. Now she has to live with a new family consisting of a guy in the same grade as her, their three year old boy, that woman, and her father that she now hates. Will she ever be able to smile again?

Now, meet her new brother, Danny, the playboy. His mom and her dad getting married is fine by him. He knew about the affair all along. When he found out that they were moving, he didn't care. All he cares about is messing around with girls. After meeting Avery, his thoughts were changed. After a while all he thought about was making her smile and protecting her. Will he be able to do that?
