Dear Reader,
What you are about to read is not your typical cliche love story. It's far from it. This is a story about how you don't always get your happy ending, no matter how badly you want it. And sometimes, things don't go as planned.
People will fall in love. But love brings out other emotions in people too: happiness, joy, lonliness, jealousy, anger...hurt.
Katie Reese could literally have the world in her hands if she wanted it. All she had to do was ask daddy. After all, he was the owner of Island Def Jam Records. The thing was, you know that saying, "All that glitter isn't always gold?" Katie could agree. She didn't want to get what she wanted. What she wanted were parents who cared, but she didn't have that. Justin Bieber is the biggest nineteen year old star out there. He, too, could grab the moon if he wanted to. However, he loved all the fame and fortune. He loved that he had girls lined up at his feet. But he was going in a downward spiral. Accused of doing drugs, partying, and all that, Justin's team wants him to look down to earth. In an effort to do so, his team and Katie's parents make an agreement to have Justin and Katie fake date, for publicity.
The two are complete opposites. From their gender, to their personalities, to how they live their lives, the two couldn't be anymore different. But maybe that's why they were attracted to each other. For the both of them, there was more to the other that meets the eye and they learned that, however, they both knew that relationships like theirs weren't meant to last, but will it? In a story of scandals, disapproval, and lies, Katie and Justin go through so much, but is it all worth it in the end?
**not sure why it's rated R, but I swear there is no erotic content in the story!!
Maria doesn't have the best luck when it comes to her life. With a mother she resents, a father she can't visit as often as she'd like and the hate for the celebrity lifestyle, especially the lifestyle of Jayden Torrens who seems to be in the magazines and tabloids every day with a new model by his side. But her hate for him has to be put aside for one night; one very important night. Maria has wanted to be a singer ever since she can remember and going to Jayden's L.A. party is her only chance to make it reality, or so her best friend Caroline has convinced her to believe, but it's strictly business and only to talk to Jayden's managers, with the condition of avoiding Jayden completely. But when a mysterious boy dances with her that night, she feels something she hasn't felt before and she's forced to take a turn she wasn't expecting.
