Have you ever met your idol?
I have. It feels like you've just had a heart attack or you're drowning. You can't breathe because your favourite human is in front of you. And they exist. They actually breathe, speak, laugh, cry. They're real and they're right in front of you.
The first time I met him was 4th June 2015, the day before my Year 13 prom. I was out shopping with my mum.

When I thought that love was empty she showed me that is was special. She was my angel and I was her devil. Her love taught me that everyone gets hurt and everyone feels pain. Even people with careless attitudes cry somedays. Her love gave me what life took. Her love hurt me more than life ever could. Because of her I now know that even the Devil May CryComplete
you look so cool. (matty healy)
Fuck. That grey puff of smoke follows him everywhere. The scent of cigarettes sticks everywhere, and it always reminds me of him. But it's not him. I haven't seen him in six years, but a simple puff of smoke on the London streets takes me back to that gas station all those years ago. Ski Masks. Cigarettes. Me. Matty. It all feels like yesterday. Until it all fell apart. I remember the last thing he said to me, "you look so cool". This was before his band got big. Before I went back to school and established my own career, making a name for myself. I smell it before I see him. It's been six damn years and here he is, standing in my doorway that damn cigarette hanging off his lip. Matty fucking Healy.Complete

I've always had a feeling that I would die young. Ever since I started pondering on deaths door I've had this feeling. I could care less about the hell and heaven shenanigans, but death. I want it. The end of my life. I want to be in my suit, in my coffin, in the ground and my soul to be gone. I've been waiting for 16 years, yet no sign of death opening his door no matter how many times I ring his doorbell. Yeah, I enjoy thinking about my end.
