Jeremy Ferguson - Jinxx - is just your regular teen; obsessed with music, wishing to be famous, and dreaming of the special girl he hopes to marry, though he would never admit it. He soon comes to realize that being famous is more than a dream for him, it's a life wish. He wants it. Bad. But he also wants to be romantically involved with his long-time best friend, Everest. He's in love with her, and has been ever since the seventh grade, when they first became friends. He has no clue, but she's head over heels for him too, but she doesn't plan on telling him any time soon, and neither does he. But what happens when Jinxx moves to L.A. to pursue his dream of fame, and brings Everest with him?
