This is my colifer fanfiction. No disrespect to Colin or Helen or their family, this is just a story. First they find out they can't have any more children. Then they think they find a solution. The solution makes sense, it's good and it makes them happy. That is until tragedy strikes! The description and title sound rubbish but I promise the story will be better. Ps;(it doesn't start off as colifer) also I don't ship colifer anymore but I'm living this story up because it's actually quite good

The powerful Queen and the enigmatic Dark One-two figures who inspire both awe and fear. What might unfold if they were to form an alliance? What if that alliance blossomed into love? Perhaps they once shared a secret affection-could that be the source of their enduring conflict? And what if a child were born of that hidden bond, a child who could change everything? Meanwhile, Moira, a young woman of uncommon beauty and quiet strength, feels out of place in her village. Adopted and raised by her widowed father, she has always sensed that her path lies beyond the familiar borders of home. The monotony of life at the inn no longer satisfies her. Yet when a daring pirate arrives, offering the promise of adventure and escape, Moira faces a choice: embrace the unknown and forge a new life, or remain tethered to the past she longs to leave behind.
