We stayed put of sight of the compartment windows, both of us unwilling to return to the awkwardness.
"James is planning on asking Evans out to the next Hogsmeade weekend," Sirius said, carelessly inspecting the end of his wand.
"She's gonna say no," I said smirking.
He smirked back, "Yeah, probably. Who will she go with then?"
I shrugged, "The first boy who asked her that's not James. Or you!" I added hastily, wondering where he was going with this.
He laughed, "if I went with Evans James would murder me. Did you see his face when he found me in the same compartment as her? Actually, I was going to ask you if you wanted to go with me." He said confidently.
I looked at him somewhat shocked, but nodded, "Alright then, ask me."
"Okay. Sable, do you want to go out with me next Hogsmeade weekend?"
"Why not," I smiled.

I thought I knew my ending - Year 1 and 2
My feet were nailed to the floor and I could only stare at her. I saw my school career at Hogwarts pass me by in a flash as I imagined what she would do if she caught us here. But then I felt a hand in mine. He pulled me back just as Madam Pince took one last step forward causing her to collide with us. He had dragged me behind a cabinet and we looked between the books as she stared for a moment more at where we had just stood. "Must be Potter and his trouble-making friends," she muttered, "always messing with me... little mischiefs." Book 1 - year 1 and 2 of a series about the marauders from Lily Evans POV. Lily Evans gets a second change in life to change her past and therefor the future of all those around her. The 22-year year old woman trapped in the body of her past self starts her first year at Hogwarts, but after a couple of months her memories of her past self start to fade. She gets more and more accustomed to her new life and soon forgets that she ever fell in love with James Potter or that her best friend will become a Death Eater. This story will take place during the marauders time at Hogwarts, all seven years and a couple years after, during the war. As you will notice, I made a few alterations that aren't aligned with the original story, but you will soon discover it's way more interesting to change the timeline a bit and put Lucius Malfoy and Ballatrix Black in the same school as the marauders.Concluida
