A summer fling that's all it could be. I knew that's all it could be. I knew nothing more could come from it. But something more did come from it. Love. I fell in love with Aurora Primrose Skylark. She walked into my life and became my everything. 

I knew I was in love with her only a week after meeting her. I knew she was something special and that I never wanted to lose her. I didn't want to part ways when the end of summer came. I didn't want her to fly back to Canada while I flew back to England. I wanted to remain in France with Aurora forever.

She was my first love. Most definitely my last love. But forever my summer love.
