Inked In Love

Catherine wishes an "I love you" was as permanent as a tattoo. In a city full of lights, drugs, and sex catherine is a lost 20-year-old in the mix of a fast-moving world. She's an aspiring artist but finds that life has dealt her cards where she is unable to pursue that dream and opts to work in an old run down tattoo parlor with her two best friends.
