Marie Benjamin is a smart, driven, self assured, hard working 24 year old.
When it came to anything work related she was a pro.
Relationship wise, not so much.
Just when things seemed to be looking up in that aspect, she wonders if it was just an illusion.
She just has the worst of lucks.
Barry Allen might be a whole 180. Cheeky, confident, hell, cocky might just be the word we're looking for. Words Marie would definitely use to describe him, with the casual smartass, jerk or asshole.
To be brief, she wasn't fond of the guy. Too bad she has to put up with him at work.
They say opposites attract...But just how opposite can they get?

THE PHANTOM REBORN - ATTACK OF RED DEATH
This is a story based in the CW Flash universe, I do not own any of these characters besides Jason Bent. Sequel to "The Phantom - A Speedster's Journey" (Make sure to read this fully) (Trying my best to make sure the characters act like they do in the show but sometimes also how they should have acted in the show at times) 2 Years ago the world was in grave danger, The Reverse Flash had found a way to make The Flash go crazy, But The Phantom went through time again and again until he was finally able to find a way to save The Flash and beat The Reverse Flash at the same time, In the end The Flash snapped out of it but at that point The Phantom had already lost his life in a battle with The Reverse Flash, The 2 vanished in an explosion of lightning, All that was left was a chest piece of The Phantoms suit and the cowl of The Reverse Flashs suit, The Phantom aka Jason Bent was honored by The Flash and the world 2 weeks after the great battle but the world still aches for his loss especially the team, Barry is trying his best to forget about what happened but somethings telling him maybe The Phantom isn't dead after all.. NEW CHAPTER EVERY SUNDAY UNTIL FINISHEDComplete

Running Out of Time {Barry Allen/The Flash}
5/--/18: #2 in #theflash 6/- -/19: #7 in #theflash 8/28/19: #1 in #dccomics 5/6/21: #3 in #greenarrow She can control time. Speed it up, slow it down, or just plain stop it. Yes, sounds awesome right? Well, it can be, but it also can't be. She's a metahuman. Yep, you heard right. She was struck with that lighting in the same night Barry Allen was. Then, after the nine months of being in the hospital, she woke up. Then she ran. Her emotions hit, and she temporarily slowed down time in order for her to make a five mile walk in under three minutes. Call it, un-super speed if you'd like. She was confused. She had no clue how that happened, but she had to find how. Now, she was extremely smart. She did research. Then she saw many reports on the news about this man called "The Streak". She thought it was... Odd. The whole concept of superheroes and super humans. It was to unreal and childish for her. She didn't like the title 'superhero'. Until one night, the masked man, whose name has been recently changed to "The Flash", showed up on one of her missions. But ever since then her life hasn't been close to the same.
