I never really thought that my dream would come true.  No one ever really does, especially when your dream is that your favorite couple from your favorite book series will end up being your biological parents.  It's easy dreaming that when you're adopted and when all the math that you had done lines up with everything you've read from the books and you look like the way they're described.  
I definitely never thought I'd ever end up where I am today, but I can tell you that I wouldn't change it for the world.



Jace and Clary Herondale's daughter, Cecily, is in for one hell of a ride when she's swept from her home in Florida to Idris to live at Herondale Manor.  But it's even more chaotic two years later at a Christmas party at the New York Institute.  Not only does Cecily have to face off with old foes, she was her family and her favorite characters to back her up.
