Bobby Charlotte Monroe is a 21 year old actress who's prosperous career began when she was just a child. Over the years she became one of the most successful and respected actresses.

However, as Monroe's career and celebrity status grew, so did her attendance at California nightclubs. After the young star broke a five year long relationship with model Daniel King in late November of 2015, she found herself becoming a tabloid magnet but not for particularly good reasons. The youngsters immature behavior led to the loss of several movie deals and the loss of any communication with her multimillionaire celebrity parents.

But what happens when she meets Justin Bieber, a fellow Hollywood wreck? Will these troublesome youngsters take a turn for the better or will things for one another only turn much worse than they'd already been?
