Boys when they're 14, And girls when their 16. Kalika has just turned 16 and is being drafted. She is scared, yet excited. she already knows her life. She is going to fight. You have a choice to fight or heal. Or, you can be a scribe to the king. That's right, there is a king now. Deal with it. We can also be spies. you know, hide in the other camp and report weaknesses. What happens when Kalika becomes a peace offering and has to be nice to the dragons, the monsters that killed her adoptive father? What happens when she finds out that they're not so bad after all? Will she bring peace to the to races, or destroy any chances to stop the war?
