18 year old Isabella Holland and her mum Caitlin, is living in a very small apartment in Atlanta, Mareitta, Georgia. One day her mum receives her test results from the hospital. It was positive. It turns out that her mum has got breast cancer. She is fighting for her life. Her dad is an alcoholic who lives on the street and doesn't care about Isabella at all.
