The time is counting since every day that passes by maximizes the pain Klaus feels because of the dark blade Marcel daggered him with. 
Will Hayley manage to save her family? Will Klaus manage to get away from the pain that may put his sanity and soul in danger? Will the king fall? What will happen when old friends and enemies from the well known and beloved Mystic Falls appear again in Mikaelsons' lives? What will happen when the famous Elena Gilbert is likely to never see the light of the sun again, because someone wasn't as careful as he should? Everyone needs to make sacrificies even if that means that they have to swallow their pride and forget the past...

This is a story about The Originals and The Vampire Diaries and the characters and the rules as they're known in TVD and TO are the same.
