   Lucidity is a special thing that happens when you sleep. It doesn't happen often, but you can make it happen often. Lucid dreaming is a form of dreaming where you can gain awareness whilst sleeping, in other words, know you're dreaming and being able to control everything. It's limitless.

Preface Sometimes, our dreams represent what we went through during the day. Some might argue that it is our brains way of filing all the new information every night from the twelve hours spent prior to sleeping. Sleep would be something that if we didn't experience it every day, something incredibly terrifying. Our body shuts off, processing and storing, like a machine. Our dreams are something that are mostly insignificant. But with some people, they mean something and tell us something, perhaps even warn us. Most of us with this insight ignore it, but I couldn't.
