Aaron " a dizzle " James , a Hood rich hustler is given the most difficult choice of his life: The Streets or His Family? 

After making the wrong decision, A dizzle finds himself serving a short-stint in a PA-county jail, as his wife divorces him. And to make matters worse — the house where he'd stashed millions in cash from his life of hustlin' -- burns to the ground.

The FBI's Special Agent in Command (Thurston) isn't satisfied with this recent minor-sentence against A dizzle — He vows to never stop until he's behind bars, permanently. 

Penny-less and now without his wife by his side, A dizzle is a prime-target for Rhapsody's games, as she uses her good-looks  and charm to win his affection and trust.

After his release A dizzle makes plans to hit the streets, one last time, to rebuild his drug empire and replenish the wealth he'd lost. He entitles a gang of brutal henchmen - the Crips - and a series of gruesome murders soon follow.

Though she's supposed to be building a case against A dizzle,  having spent so much time with him, Rhapsody struggles to check her own untamed feelings. At risk is not just her job and freedom, but also her life.
