Dee never really fit in with anyone from her boarding school. She only had two real best friends, Izzy and Katrina. Suffering from depression, Dee spent most of her time alone outside of school, writing secret songs in her room and keeping them hidden from the world. This is up until her parents decide to move them halfway across the world from Essex, England to Huntington Beach, California.

Upon arrival, Dee is set as the outcast at her new school. This is up until a group of girls that call themselves the Kitty Clan take Dee into their Clique. Dee learns of a rival group in the school called The Glamours that are constantly fighting with the Kitty Clan. Dee befriends one of the Glamour's boyfriends, Wesley. They eventually get closer as time goes on and secretly meet up. What will happen if the groups find out about these secret meetings? Who will break out and who will get together?
