Every year one boy and one girl are chosen from each of the twelve districts to be placed into the arena and fight for their lives against the horrid beasts unleashed by WICKED- the leaders of the capital.
Zola is chosen along with 23 other children; including a boy from her own district named Kade.
Will they survive the games? Or will the capitals sick form of entertainment take more innocent children's lives.
