Maxine, a 17 year old werewolf, gets banished from her pack for a mistake she made of trusting someone that she shouldn't of. The Order decides Maxine has to survive a school year on her own in civilization.
Ashton, a 17 year old Hunter, has to try and stop C-Labs with his friends before they capture creatures and use their powers to sell to the government to create super soldiers.
Soon the two will have to come together to learn lessons, make friends, stop evil, and fight Anti's. With some... Minor set backs.

Book 1 in the Clearwater series Maybelle Smith, or Rose as she is more known, is about as stereotypical as you get when it comes to a teenager. She hates school, her brother pisses her off, sarcasm is her first language, and she can't stand her math teacher. Oh, yeah, and she's a werewolf, but what's a few minor details here and there. Everything is all peaches and cream until her eighteenth birthday roles around, when she finds out her supposed 'fated mate' is her ex best friend who is also the alpha of a very touchy rival pack that hates her guts. So of course they'd be forced into marriage to avoid an attack from crazy rouges, and of course the two packs would have to live under the same roof; I mean, life just wouldn't be right if not.
