Sawada Tsunayoshi is the eldest of the Sawada. He has siblings, a pair of twins to be exact. The elder twin is Sawada Ieyana, and the younger twin, also the youngest among the siblings is Sawada Namihime. Tsuna is 4 years older than the twins.

At the age of 10, Tsuna was kidnapped by the Estraneo. Nana died while protecting him and his siblings. He sacrificed himself for his siblings, end up being caught. 

He has been experimented on, but he still the angel that brought hope to everyone. Thought his legs has been damaged in the process, and the resort he can't walk anymore. 

Iemitsu has told the twins everything and they swoon to safe their angel. The twins trained and keep on looking for their angel along with their father - Iemitsu.
