No Fear(A Tmnt 2003 Fanfic)

(This story doesn't have a particular time but it's after season three and to get an idea of what's going on it's like the episode "The Same as it Never Was" but they are still 15 and noting happened to the turtles )The great Shredder rules over the city of New York and it's on his way to the presidency. The people live in fear working from sunrise to sunset for the Shredder so he can expand his empire. Leonardo,Donatello,Raphael and Michelangelo ,along with their friends, live as fugitives, always on the move for their lives are at stake.
