What if imaginary friends weren't imaginary at all? Heather had an imaginary friend called Phil when she was very small. However, at the age of eighteen, she convinced herself he wasn't real, and tried to forget him. Several years later she meets him in L.A. at a web conference and he shows her that he was real, and remembers her from all those years ago. On her way to meet up with Phil the next day, Heather is kidnapped by a man who calls himself the Doctor. He pulls her into the TARDIS, and Dan and Phil slip in after her. The Doctor tells Heather that she is alien royalty, and the four of them set off to return Heather to her throne. -~-~-~-~- Trigger warning(s): Implications of abuse in first chapter, you can tell when it's coming. Only one line. -~-~-~-~- Has a summary chapter of how I wanted it to end.

"It felt like I'd lived a thousand years, but experienced nothing until Dan came along and changed me for the better." Leah moves to London after an accident strikes her family, and suddenly finds herself dragged into a world filled with laughter, love and friendship, things she's no longer used to. When she eventually trusts a person enough to let into her life, she meets Dan; her complete opposite. Together they experience up's and down's, talking baby steps towards a future together, but Leah is struggling with her own demons and deceases, and they both find themselves thrown into a universe they're too fragile to handle alone. "You were the best of me Leah, and I thank you for that every day." (psst it's my first ever fanfiction, and I apologize in advance for plot holes and the cringe-worthy writing... but hey, everybody's gotta start somewhere right?) (T/W) mentions of self-harming, anxiety/panic attacks, suicide, hospitals and eating disorders. Please do NOT read if you're sensitive to that kind of content.
