Astrea deals with anxiety, depression & insomnia all in one. She deals with the demons of being raped & beat on by a man she thought she could trust. Everyday she deals with it. All of those emotions bottled up and placed far inside of her. Along with the pain of seeing other people's death's when she comes in close contact with them. Then, one day while walking by the beach she meets a boy. She sees no death when she looks at him. Only light. A peaceful light. He has an affect on her that she can't quite get rid of. She feels the need to confide in him. To tell him her pain. To love him. What she doesn't know is that she can't love him. It isn't allowed where he's from. Love between a human and an angel has been forbidden since the beginning of time. She'll risk that by falling in love with him. She'll also learn where her abilities came from, how to control it and she'll find that's she's not who she thought she was.
