"You don't have to do this!" Cam stared down the cliff. "Why not? They don't care about me at all! They hired you to help me... None of them care about my feelings. Just go back to them and tell them to leave me alone forever. Emilia, you should just crawl back on all fours and tell them to go to hell."
Emilia took a step closer, putting her hand on Cams shoulder. "Just take one step back, I can help you." Cam took a quick look at her, her eyes were tearing up and started running down her face.
Emilia took a step back, her hand fell down by her side. She turned around looking at the yellow, old VolksWagen Bubble she came in. She hated that car, but it was cheap to hold. "If you want to jump so badly, just do it. If you think they don't care so much about you, go ahead."
Cams eyes slipped over the ocean, the waves were slamming against the rocks hundreds of feet under her. The fish swam away all at once, killing eachother in the process. They didn't care about eachother either.
"Okay, if you say so."

Those who were taken... They never came back, dragged beneath the waves never to return. Their haunting screams were a symbol of their horrific deaths. Jason became clearer: black hair dark above his yellow raincoat, arms crossed over his chest. "What the hell are you talking about?" "I asked how you like it, going for a swim in this water." She was open-mouthed with disbelief. It was a bad idea; a surge lifted her and slapped salt water into her mouth. Bile burned her throat as she coughed and all the while she was still flailing at the water, fighting the drag of shoes and clothes to keep afloat. She should kick them off-that's what you were supposed to do if you fell into the ocean with your clothes on-but she was only a dozen feet from the dock. Besides, it was her only coat. Jason watched her the way she'd watch a barracuda. "I know you're following me." "Following you?" What. The. Hell. She gave a mighty kick and tossed her coat onto the dock. Jason just stood there.
