She was raised by witches in New Orleans, since Katherina gave her away, not telling Stefan, that he has a daughter. 
Currently she is dating Elijah Mikaelson, a Original Vampire, brother of Niklaus Mikaelson. He is also the one, who turned her, since she cannot imagine a life without him anymore.
But what she doesn't know: Elijah once lived in Mystic Falls for quite a while .. he knows Stefan Salvatore and Kaherina Petrova (they dated once, but Saphire doesn't need to know, does she?), now known as Kathrine Pierce. - What will happen, if she finds out?
