This Song's For You

Ryker and Astrid were best friends for years. Always had each other's backs. They were there for each other no matter what... At least it seemed that way. When Astrid realized how she felt about Ryker, things got hard. When he found out, everything changed. He started distancing himself from her, ditching her for his band and his girlfriend. When she couldn't handle it anymore, she attempted suicide. He visited her in the hospital, swore he'd make things right, but her only request was that he write a song for her. He promised.
Astrid fell deeper and deeper in love with him, and he only hurt her more and more. They agreed to part ways, it seemed to be the only solution.
5 years pass, Ryker's band is famous. Astrid, as she did every year, went to Warped tour. What she wasn't expecting was to see his name on the setlist, or to hear the words, "I promised this song to my best friend years ago. If she's here tonight, I hope she's listening.."
