"Revenge." He states. "My cause, is based on revenge, but will turn out to be so much more. Now, you can either be apart of it and join, or" he turns and point to the mass I'd forgotten about, "you can be the entertainment, like her." I turned and looked, and to my horror, I found were the stench of death was from. The "mass" is actually what is left of a mutilated girl. Her once white skin is now littered with gaping cuts and bruises, and her skin is now blue with death. From my angle, I can see her right hand is broken and horrifically bent back into a naturally impossible angle. Her leg has bone showing from large pieces of skin and muscle missing, and her ankle was broken and bent underneath her body. She was naked, and missing a breast, and the festered wound looks like it was ripped off. Her neck was unnaturally stretched and bent as well, and a smile was carved onto her face. Both eyes were gone, leaving bloody black holes in their place. It looked like animals tore into her torso, tearing off flesh from her ribs and abdomen, letting her intestines spill out like pale sausage, and her ribs gleamed like polished piano keys.
"So, my dear," the man says while using his hand to turn my trembling body to face him. "What do you say?"

The Mystery Guy Next Door
The strip of leather made contact with the skin on my back. The burning pain soared and I had to grit my teeth so no noise came out. I've lost count. I can't even remember the number of times he has brought the whip down onto my back. The burning sensation cooled and for a few seconds I thought the torture had finished but my thoughts soon came crashing down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language.
