They are the ones to lead and protect souls on their journey between worlds. They were the first grim reaper and Deaths first child. They have been by his side since Eve was tempted by the snake and has shown nothing but loyalty to her father. They don't have a true name but is lovingly known as Hope by the angel and the demon of who they have always seemed to cross paths with. Why? They don't really know why they were given this name by the angel but he seems to think it's suits them. 🍎~ Good Omens I don't own Good Omens or the characters. "I love you," Jack smiled. They looked at each other for what felt like a decade. "...No. No you don't." Willow rolled her eyes. "It seemed like the part of our fight where I should say it," he smirked, only making her anger rise. "Why are you doing this?" His expression faltered for a second as he heard the fear in her voice. "Treating me like this? Do you hate me or something? Or do you just not care if I live or die?" His eyes widened briefly before he shook his head. "I don't hate you, or want you to die. But I can't like you either. Humans live a short life, I live forever." He paused, taking a breath. "I can't let myself get attached to someone that will just die on me, or put you in danger," Jack sighed, scratching his neck. Something in his voice made Willow believe this wasn't his words, but rather, words he had been told. Death's life is a book about a man named Mathew Damian Hilt that dies in an alley in new jersey and becomes a "contractor" then starts to realize how mentally draining and strange this "Job" is. Mathew has to watch countless stories with around 5 being in the book. The story ends with a surprising twist to a second book that will be produced depending on the enjoyment of the first book.
