Penelope White, an only child struggling to live with Deena, her mother.
They don't have much, but they have each other.
They live off of the small income that Deena comes home with every week.
If you think Penelope's life at home is bad enough, you have no idea what it's like at school for her where she is constantly bullied. For what though, because her chest isn't bulging outward or is it because when she wears jeans, the jeans aren't fitted perfectly around her waist and hugging her round base.
