You know that feeling when you look into the mirror and you can see yourself, you can see your flaws, you can see your weaknesses, you see everything you are. Well what if you'd get that same feeling just by looking into someone else's eyes. What would you do? Two girls, a huge family secret and a few hot guys. Follow them in their adventure to discover themselves. *Sneak peack* Suddenly a black cat comes into the living room. Wait, a witch and a black cat. I start laughing like a crazy woman at my own joke. "That's it. It's official, she's gone mad for good" My sister says and I continue laughing harder. "You" I try to speak between gasps of air "You-have-a-black cat" They all look weird at me until they finally get it. Blake looks especially mad. "Not again" he exclaims. "Your sister was right, you do need someone to throw you off a cliff" Eric adds. What the hell is he talking about? I should ask Elizabeth about it. "Just wait until you see my broom and my crystal globe" Elizabeth says and starts laughing with me. "I take it yesterday wasn't enough for you" Black suddenly stops laughing and a mortified look takes over her face. What the hell is wrong with her? Yep, I'm the smart one too. "Anyways, so let's get down to business. When can we learn how to use compulsion?" I say after I calm down my laughter. "As much as I'd like that, and believe me I would, how about we start with not blowing things up?" "I don't need that. I want to know how to make people do what I want. That's basically my dream" One of them. "So I take it's ok if you just keep blowing" "Do you really need to make something dirty from everything?" I say annoyed at her witty comment. "No, but I'll keep doing it because it's more fun that way" Of course she will. *************

BOOK THREE OF THE BLACK SERIES *this book CANNOT be read as a stand-alone* -- "Get the hell off of me, Lucian," I snapped angrily, smacking the palm of my hands on his muscular back as he carried me out of the club. "Who the fuck do you think you are?" It wasn't until he carried me upstairs and into a VIP room that he set me on my feet. I wobbled from the combination of my heels and the alcohol finally reaching my brain. It didn't stop me from glaring at him, but he just stared back, his eyes blank. As always. He's never been a talker, unlike me. What the hell was he even doing here? "You can't just walk on the dance floor and throw me over your shoulder like a sack of potatoes," I snapped, trying to get passed him. "I'm not a kid anymore, Lucian, okay? I'm not yours to protect - I never have been!" Hearing those words must have triggered him because he snapped. Lucian roughly grabbed me by the waist and pushed me against the cold wall, his body pressed right against mine. My eyes widened in shock and I met his blazing glare, feeling his hand creep up to my hair and twist it in his knuckles. I tried to force the lump down my throat but felt the confidence leave my body. "I can do damn well as I please when I see my woman dancing with a man who would want nothing more than to take her back to his place," he growled out, tilting my head up by my hair. Our lips were almost touching. I suddenly can't breathe. "You're mine, Mia," he spoke, this time his words low and raspy. "You always have been - never fucking forget that."
