It makes her question where her loyalties lie and people are too quick to judge Rose. This is not her last challenge though. Will she learn to live with her grief or will it consume her?

That he has to leave the Academy and that he doesn't want to have anything to do with her, in that kind of way. While he's gone Rose goes out of control, getting into trouble, getting into fights with her best friend, Lissa Dragomir. Will she find peace in her heart for Dimitri? Or will she go out of control and ruin her future?
