Jade isn't what you would call "normal". She hasnt been the same since her siblings were taken from her by a couple of idiots who drank too much. She started struggling in school, home, won't eat, cant remember things that she should. She knows she is going down a dark path but she doesn't care. Then she meets Alex. Alex is everything she isnt. She is brave, smart, gorgeous. It's no wonder Jade fell so hard for her. As Alex and Jade get closer and closer, Jade's memories start to return and Alex's past is revealed. Can they heal each other, or will Jade end up as her siblings did before her?

COMPLETED. Jade thought she understood loss. She's lived in the silence her parents left behind when they died. She's learned how to carry the weight of it without collapsing. She's convinced herself that surviving is the same thing as healing. She was wrong. The past isn't finished with her. The life she carefully rebuilt begins to fracture, like glass strained past its limit. The safety she clings to feels thinner. The future she once believed in feels uncertain. With her fiercely protective brother and the two boys who refuse to let her face the dark alone, Jade is pulled into something deeper than grief-something that watches, waits, and refuses to forgive. Old wounds reopen. Paranoia tightens its grip. Secrets begin to surface. Someone out there hasn't forgotten the past and whatever is coming isn't finished yet. They linger. They follow. They wait for the perfect moment to return. And this time... It's personal.
