Mindy Park wasn't always this troublesome. If anything, she'd pin the blame directly on her deadbeat, good-for-nothing cousins who had the "unfortunate" task of raising her after her parents' deaths. After her cousins' abuse pushes her too far, Mindy runs away and finds herself taken into Lady Kang's Home of Amity, which apparently houses those living in "down and out" conditions. To top it all off, the grandmother she never knew existed runs the place. If Mindy was ever out of the loop before, now she's really been thrown into the hex of things!
